It is a golden colour serigraphed aluminium sheet, engraved with your Callsign, the version, the date of issue and the serial number. It is issued by the A.R.I. section of Busto Arsizio to OM's, YL's ed SWL's all over the the world that got contact/heard, confirmed with QSL card, with at least 100 of 1488 squares where the italian territory is lying.
